Our house lies in quiet location in the center of Kappl. Our comfortably furnished rooms and the quiet, informal atmosphere will instantly make you feel at home!

In the immediate neighborhood our guests find numerous restaurants, cafés and an après-ski bar, numerous ski repair shops and a ski rental.

In winter the ski bus stops right in front of our house and with good snow conditions, you can even ski to the valley station of the cable car.

Tyrol’s Association of Accommodation Owners’ recommends our house and has awarded us with four Edelweiss.
